Hello. There is a pure centos 8 server (jino vps).
A dedicated IP address was installed on it, ispmanager (the last one according to the official instructions), everything works fine.

But the problem is that I can't access the IP address of the server, for example, in phpmyadmin (writes 404 not found), but instead phpmyadmin became available at the address of the created site in isp ( domain.ru/phpmyadmin ). For the first time I encounter this, how to make everything fall into place and the same phpmyadmin be available by ip address?)

You need to transfer the phpmyadmin configuration to the Default Virtual host in the settings of the Web server that you have running on the server

This is standard behavior. The ISP manager has Nginx configured this way, and this is, in general, correct.
