VM VirtualBox installing Kali LInux, critical error, what to do?

I want to install Kali Linux on a virtual machine. I start the VM, then the choice of how to install appears - I click Graphical Install and then this error occurs.

Is virtualization support enabled? Did you give a piece in the normal settings? Kali is not the easiest distribution, you need more than 1 pancake for it.
