VK no longer stores cache in browsers?

Good afternoon. Today I discovered that VK does not save audio recordings in the browser cache. Tried chrome and ie. Works in firefox.
Maybe now it has become optional for these browsers? Is there some checkbox I don't know about?

In my opinion, by default, VK tries to play audio through flash, and if flash is not installed, then it plays through html5. And ie, chrome and mozilla have different flash plugins, apparently, ie-shny and chrome cache in other places
