VK API. How to upload photos to an album using execute?

In general, I ran into a problem - I create a lot of albums and upload a lot of photos to them, after N-th amount of time - Flood Control blocks the ability to upload photos to me. The chain of methods photos.getUploadServer->file_upload->photos.save + much less often photos.createAlbum is used.
How to wrap photos.getUploadServer->file_upload->photos.save in execute? Interested in particular post request with a file to the server.
