VK API. How to get full dialog?

Is it possible to get a full dialogue with any user, without a limit of 200 messages and without mess with message ids? Specify the user ID in the request and that's it.
But it's certainly not that simple. Therefore, I will be very grateful if someone explains how this can be implemented.
Requests are made from the mobile application.

It is enough to specify only user_id (or chat_id) and offset in requests. No one will ever give an unlimited number of records for 1 request.
