Visual Studio refuses to start debugging after idle

Question

I launch VS2012, work, leave it for a while (usually 15-30 minutes) and after returning to it, it compiles the code (if you tell it to just compile without launching it), but the debug mode does not start point-blank.

I work with VS2012 on Win8.1 NT6.3, before that I worked with VS2012 on Win7 and Win8. Haven't come across this. PS VS updated to VS2012.3 how can this be solved at all?
