How to open files via WinScp in visual studio not every time in a new window, but in a new tab?

I need help. I work with remote files via FTP via WinSCP in conjunction with Netbeans. So I decided to try Visual Studio. And everything is fine except that the file for editing opens in a new window, and not in a tab, as for example in Netbeans. That is, I opened one file and it launched VS, then I open the next one and it launches VS again and the file is already in a new window.
How can I set the file to open in a tab?
