Good afternoon.
I want to develop mods for GTA V, for this I need to create a project "Class Library .NET (.NET Framework)" But that's bad luck. There is only 4.7.2 in the list of versions, and I, in turn, need version 4.8
4.8 installed on the PC, rebooted the PC several times, my friend has the same thing. Help, how to make it so that version 4.8 is displayed ???

Through visual studio installer install fraemwork4.8 and select 4.8 in fraemwork version
