Visual Studio license question

I'm using VS 2012 Express at work.
I really want to use the various goodies of the full version, but the management is unlikely to decide to spend money on a license for employees in the near future.
So I decided to take a personal license here.

I know that the license is provided for a specific user and such a studio can be used on different machines, provided that I use it.
But here in the license agreement it is not very clear whether I can install and use my personal studio at the workplace in the enterprise.

The license agreement has this line for VS 2012 Professional:

You may not use this software
on a server in a production environment.

Do you mean in general any computer in the enterprise or specifically the server?
I really want to work at work for the full version.

PS And where is it better to buy a license?
www.microsoftstore.com/store/msru/ru_RU/pdp/productID.258357700
As I understand it, for our inspection bodies there is no normal licensed program without a box? It turns out that MS does not make sense to order, but is it better to go to the store and spend 20,000 r on a box?

As far as I know for SQL, for example, “you don’t have the right to use it in a production environment” means that if your production is running, then you can’t put a developer SQL server license there, while for development and testing, for example, on a build machine, you can use it. At least, retail boxes of VS 2010 Pro were purchased from me at my last job and the company even passed certification as an MS partner, i.e. I guess that suits them.
I can’t imagine where the studio can be used in production simply.
Packageless licenses mean that you will still have a certificate that has the same legal force as the box, so you can freely buy the studio for 15K, but there may be a limit on the minimum number of copies purchased - for example, at least 5.

Have you tried calling Microsoft directly? They don't seem to hit you for questions.

It's clearly written there. If your computer is a server, and many developers get terminal access to this VS, then you can’t. If only you work on your computer, then you can.
