There is a project, you need to add a text file (Readme.txt) to it and, accordingly, fill it out. I can’t catch up with something, is it possible to do this with the help of such a hyped Visual Studio (before that I sat on Rider, where it is done in 2 clicks - RMB-> add file).

RMB pr project - add - create element - text file. it will be in C:\Users\User\source\repos\WindowsFormsApp1\WindowsFormsApp1 where the bin folder (this is all according to the standard) is the full path, content, setting the file's relationship to the build and deployment processes, the file name and 2 more items can be changed in Visual Studio itself.
