Visual Studio Code how to create html structure?

After the sublime, it is very unclear how to work with the visual. There was an emmet in the sub, and to create the structure, you had to press ! and tab. For visual, I installed a lot of plugins according to the recommendations, but I don’t understand how to use them at all. !tab doesn't work, I don't understand from the video how the html structure is created in the visual code.

! + Tab in VSCode works out of the box, reinstall it, and don't install plugins if you don't need them. Don't listen to recommendations, they're just recommendations. The extension of the file in which you are going to write the code should be html, but in the same way, emmet will not work in the sublime until you set the extension

VSCODE also has Emmet and vscode is not much more convenient, it has an addition in the form of its own server

To quickly create an html structure , you need to use keyboard shortcuts immediately (within 3-5 seconds) after writing ! or the words html . These keyboard shortcuts can be - " ! " " html " + Tab ; Enter . The quotes show what you have to enter in the editor for quick creation

After creating the file in the editor, save it in your local server development environment, you can in php format, in short, in web format. Then press all the same that you wrote ! and tab and you will be happy.
