Visual Studio Code and Arduino?

Hello. Installed VS Code and permission from Microsoft Arduino and Platform IO. When I run the error - command 'platformio.build' not found. On the page with the store in the sketch folder (on the GIF) there are also pivoens, lib and src folders. That is, you need to somehow create a project in a special way? Not just a new .ino file?
Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Perhaps no one uses this plugin, so it was written and has since become obsolete, having lost compatibility with the latest versions of Visual Studio.
