Visual studio 2017 does not install the couchbase.lite package. How to decide?

When trying to add package couchbase.lite.2.6.0 to a project via NuGet, the following sequence of messages is output:
An attempt is being made to gather dependency information for package "Couchbase.Lite.2.6.0" against project "MKK01" targeting " .NETFramework,Version=v4.6.1".

Couchbase.Lite is being installed. Support.NetDesktop 2.6.0.
and can hang for an arbitrarily long time
After that, nothing happens, NuGet does not react to the choice of packages, you can switch to the tabs with the code.
The couchbase.lite package does not appear in the project.

I tried to install manually, it started to swear, removed all manual settings and it installed without problems. Miracle.
