How to add a context menu for a file in Visual Studio?

I want to use the sass preprocessor compiler for the relevant files in the project. Is it possible to add an item to the Solution Explorer context menu for a file so that a command is executed on it (for example, "sass {filename}.scss {filename}.css")?
