Can't find assembly DirectShowLib-2005?

Hello. In the studio, I connect the dll assembly of the library for working with the camera. The studio catches it, recognizes it, I can implement interfaces and so on. But when I run the program, I get an error

The type initializer 'MyNamespace' threw an exception. Failed to load file or assembly "DirectShowLib-2005, Version=2.1.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=67e7b740cdfc2d3f" or one of its dependencies. The specified file cannot be found.

How is such a problem solved?
