Visual Studio 2015 Extension VSIX. Need to display LightBulb in the source code at the cursor position, not to the left of the line.?

Hello.
Wanted to write a small extension for Visual Studio (2015) with an extra hint in the source text. It is required that when setting the cursor in the text, LightBulb pops up at the cursor position. I took an example from LightBulb as a basis: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn903708....

But not everything is so simple. After starting the project, LightBulb appears not at all at the cursor position, but ONLY to the left of the line:

WTF??? How to set it to the cursor position? (couldn't find such a property)
