Search results say "This site may have been hacked". On the hosting, I checked the folder with the site with an antivirus, it shows that there is only one infected file and the path is webstat/awstats022019.txt - {HEX}php.malware.magento.581.UNOFFICIAL FOUND.
I deleted the contents of this folder, checked with an antivirus, everything was supposedly fine. But only statistics are stored in this folder. I don't think the issue has been resolved. Can you tell me what can be done?

Cleanly redeploy.
This is sometimes difficult in the absence of a development culture, when everything is done in production, without git.
