twice a week (or even more often) the first disk becomes with the status - errors, failed redundancy.
Sometimes after that you can reactivate the disk and it will still work for a while. sometimes the reactivation does not go to the end and again the status of the disk is errors. It only helps to throw it out of the raid, format it and re-add it to the mirror ... the disk was checked for errors, there are no errors on it. health 100%. What can be done here?
