Virtualization. Stand-alone server?

The challenge
is to allocate resources efficiently using pci passthrough (VT-d), SR-IOV, VMDq
1. XCP (Xen) vs Proxmox (KVM): Is there a difference between them in support of the above technologies?
2. Should I disable HT?
3. In addition to XCP, are there any other open source solutions out of the box for zen (like proxmox'a)?

1. Try XCP or just Xen. In it, the probability of catching a call trace or kernel trap is less.
2. Not worth it, in this case.
3. For example, Oracle VM - 1 , 2 .
