VirtualBox and Hyper-V?

Available: macOS, VirtualBox installed in a Windows 8.1 virtual machine, and a Windows Phone emulator in it. The emulator refuses to start:

Windows on real hardware is an obvious solution, but not suitable.
Buy the right one and sell the wrong one.
