Here is a guide Port Forwarding a Host (Ubuntu) to a Guest (Windows) in VirtualBox , I hope it helps.
127.0.0.1 cannot be seen from the guest. You must either make apache listen to the interface with a real ip-shnik (on eth0), or fence the virtual network and force apache to listen on vboxnet0 ( www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch06.html#network_hostonly ).
