Virtual sound device on VDS?

There is a VDS with Windows 2008, from which a simple shoutcast is planned. There is also winamp, which is not able to make sounds without sound devices installed.
I tried to install Virtual Sound Card E2e - nothing happened. There is a sound device in the task manager, but not in the list of sound devices. The Windows Audio service is enabled.
Tell me where to dig, for sure, many of the locals faced a similar task.
