How to calculate the power for radio at home?

Good afternoon.
How the power consumption of home radio outlets and floor loudspeakers is calculated.
The manufacturers declare that the piece of iron at the output has 100 W of power and 30 V of voltage (OTZVUK-PV).
The power consumption of home sockets is somewhere around 0.2 W, and floor loudspeakers are somewhere around 0.5 W.
If I understand correctly, then the number of points is limited to 100 W (I summarize). And what margin to do on the wires?
What receivers are better to connect? 30V or 15V? what is the fundamental difference?

Applications 30V. Wires - scatter copper SHSHVP or PUNP 1.5 squares. This is enough to transfer 250-300 watts through the wire with a margin (30 volts is given out by the hanger, 10 amperes is kept by the wiring). Tin the ends with a soldering iron if the connection is terminals.
