Arduino IDE and setting up SPI pins for I / O ...

Good, Habr.
In an attempt to get away from Arduino to a clean AVR, I threw the first board based on ATMega328P-PU in order to flash a sketch from the Arduino IDE through UNO. Let's just say I took the first step.
But there is one problem. According to my scheme, the MOSI, SS, SCK and OC1A ports are used as OUTPUT, and MISO as INPUT. Judging by the datasheet, these pins can be used as INT, however, I do not know if they can be configured this way in the Arduino IDE. The problem is that the debug board is at home and I can't check it right now. Himself at work, along with glossy paper and a laser printer. Here I sit and think: to print / not to print?

Based on what I've found on the internet, it's real. However, I would like to know the actual state of affairs.

Help deal with this issue. Thanks in advance for your replies

As far as I remember, programming takes place when RESET is pressed, so the use of pins is possible in two ways.
