The module shows the costs per unit of time, is it enough to simply add up the indicators every second?

This module only measures the value of the current passing through the sensor.
In the most primitive case, the power consumed by the device is equal to the product of the consumed current and the supply voltage. P=UI. You don't measure voltage.
