How to send a development from Ukraine to Russia?

A freelancer from Kyiv designed two small electronic scarves for me, soldered them and wants to send them to me. He is in Kyiv, I am in the Russian Federation, in Yekaterinburg. I suddenly find out that since I am not sending a letter, I can get into communication with customs. Has anyone already walked this path? What is the best way to characterize the cargo in a request to a customs broker? Planned to use PonyExpress delivery services.

We always send trains with conductors. Instantly and without problems.
If you want to, you can go here:

If there is no suitable train, then you can look for a bus.
And on account of the fact that in this way it is possible to transfer at least weapons-grade uranium, this is a fact.
I know some doctors who regularly exchange drugs, including precursors, etc.
Nobody cares.
In general, sometimes it seems to me that the plot of the "Carrier" was written from our drivers and guides.
And they filmed part of the scenes in Odessa, not at all because there are no such places in Marseille, but to get closer to the original :)

And if you want to send faster than a few weeks of mail? A pony costs 600 rubles such a pleasure and promises to come in 4 days. Does anyone have experience with sending by mail?

A man in Ukraine was given to fill out a piece of paper for a customs broker. Without it, the pony refuses to work. And what is better to enter into this piece of paper is a big question. On the Internet, some generally recommend making out as a return for a guarantee.

Here is an almost perfect train for you. Why practically - because the train is Russian Railways, not UZ. Russian conductors are afraid of auditors, and they are not very willing to take them.
Run around the cars if you find an Armenian or Georgian - most likely it will be easier to pass.
You can try with a passenger.
Even with an airplane passenger, you can “hook” better in the check-in queue. Come up and ask if this is the flight you are on. The price tag is the same. Sometimes even cheaper. Often, kind women took an envelope (documents, etc.) for free - say that your relative was left without tickets and money, and you urgently need to send her papers, etc.
Your situation is complicated only by the Urals. From Moscow AT ALL would not be a problem, because. there are UZ trains.

From Russia to Ukraine, a 3D printer assembly was carried in the back seat of a passenger car. The Russian side clung to the account of the documentation of what kind of installation ... He talked for about 10 minutes, proving that this was a hobby and not a bomb. Moreover, the design itself is not interesting to them, give the documentation and that's it.

From time immemorial, the Chinese write for such things in the declaration of "electronic parts" and everything arrives safely. The chance that a picky customs officer will come across to you and force you to go to customs is extremely small.

I always send in a small package. By regular mail. I write radio parts. The value of ten bucks is indicated. And OK.

Send a Pony to an individual (not an organization), it will slip through like clockwork.

Yes, no one needs your custom-made garbage at customs, everything always goes without problems if not a giant batch.
