Virtual PBX abroad?

Tell me, the task is to buy a phone number from a virtual PBX in African countries. A cursory analysis of Russian companies showed that they cannot give phone numbers, the rest is no problem.
The question is, can anyone come across offices that can provide services with number selection in a certain country for a reasonable price and access to the admin panel to connect the Russian Wirt.ats.

I use it, there are no questions for them, but it should be borne in mind that they buy numbers from someone else, the office itself is in Bulgaria, those support is in MSC, and the problem can happen in Africa, i.e. technical problems can take a long time to resolve
