Virtual camera not showing up in Device Manager?

I want to overlay effects from snap camera on video.

I installed obs,obs virtual camera,snap camera

When I select obs video and turn on the virtual camera snap camera does not see my virtual camera and browsers and other programs see both virtual and snap.

I looked in the device manager there in the cameras only snap is displayed and there is no obs.

It seems to me that this is why the snap does not see the virtual camera.

How to make snap see all cameras and not only from the device manager, but like other programs, all installed cameras.

Or how to add a virtual camera to the device manager?
