At the moment I need a virtual machine with Kali Linux. Everything seems to be easy, but I do not have virtualization in the BIOS as such. In the machine settings, it says that the setting is wrong, and I need to cut off virtualization.
When disabled, I can't save changes. What should I do about it?

Starting with version 6.0, it is not possible to run VirtualBox without hardware virtualization. Therefore, you need to download the version of VirtualBox 5.2 and of course Kali Linux x32.
