How to fix internet problem on virtualbox?

Hello. I need your help in solving one problem related to internet in virtualbox.
I have a virtual machine on Windows 7, when I run it, for some reason there is no Internet in it, I struggled with the settings, but nothing happened.
On the main system I have 3G internet. As a result, I found a way to turn on the Internet in a virtual machine, for this I launched a vpn client and after that the Internet appeared on the virtualbox, as soon as I turn off the vpn client, the Internet immediately disappears on the virtual machine.
On the main machine, it works all the time, even with vpn, even without.
What can I do to make the Internet work without vpn, that is, from the main Internet? I don’t even know where to drop a drop about this, so I decided to turn to you.

Take it to an external router, create a local network and use it for the VM.
