VIP and zabbix config?

There are 3 zabbix servers and 1 VIP.
Tell me where in the zabbix config you need to enter the VIP address?
As I understand it, agents also need to be changed to VIP?

There are three servers - and what do you want to do with them?
From the context, I suspect that you want to create some kind of cluster, but Zabbix cannot do that. To distribute the load, zabbix-proxy is used, to ensure fault tolerance - replicas of the database and the rest of the software (see for example ).
