Why does the "Unsupported item key" error occur when using a custom parameter in Zabbix?

I can’t understand why the user parameters in Zabbix agent under Windows do not work ...
In the zabbix_agentd.conf file, I wrote "UserParameter = system.test, echo 1", restarted the Zabbix agent service.
I check zabbix_agentd -t system.test on the command line, an Unsupported item key error appears.
In this case, for example, the zabbix_agentd -V command works as expected ...
What could be the matter? Or maybe custom commands commands in Zabbix agent still need to be additionally enabled somehow?

The result was this command)
zabbix_agentd -t "system.test" -c "C:\Program Files\Zabbix Agent\zabbix_agentd.conf"
But strangely, it seems to be the standard path for the conf file...
