ViewportChecker + animate.css, how to make animation in reverse scrolling too?

ViewportChecker and animate.css are included on the site sweetsugar.demorus.ru for a beautiful appearance of blocks when scrolling.
How can I make the animation work also when scrolling in the opposite direction?
We loaded the site, scrolled down (the blocks disappeared), twisted it back and again the blocks began to animate.
