What are the video tutorials on developing VR games and applications?
It is possible in English
Courses are interesting where they create a simple VR application (game) from scratch

I develop on VR for Android. I do this with a bunch of Unity3D and Android Studio.
In general, I can note that at the first stages you need to learn how to export a project from Unity to Android (it's 2 clicks), and the rest is up to Unity. And more courses on Unity3D will come in handy. And they are freely available, even on YouTube a wagon and a small cart.
