Hello,

is there an online service where you can discuss videos?

For example, put a mark with time and write a comment.
I'm looking for a tool to work remotely with clients to show them different video options and collect opinions.

Mail and skype are not completely satisfied. There is no way to document the discussion process.
On YouTube, you can set the time and write a comment on it, but everything is difficult there, you want it easier.

Is there a video collaboration service?
