Video card not working?

I have such a problem. When I just work on the computer, my video card (GTX 940MX) is loaded at 0%, and the built-in from intel works fine (that is, it can be seen that it works. Either 1%, then 7%, then 13%). Is that how it should be? My video card is always working on my computer. And if this is not normal, then what to do?

Depending on what you work in, if the usual office set - then everything is fine. Ordinary applications do not need the resources of two video cards to work ...
