Huawei Honor 30i does not* support Google Play services. However, there are options to run all Google services through chroot or shim apps. But this option is only suitable for applications that open from time to time (Clash Royale, Radarbot: anti-radar radar detector, YouTube and ClashOfClans). Viber and WhatsApp should always work, so this option is not suitable.
Is it possible to run Viber and WhatsApp on devices without Google services and will they work?

Viber is in the huawei store. Definitely adapted
