Hello, please tell me how to make firmware for Huawei Y5 2017 MYA-U29 smartphone on Android 7.0/7.1?

If there is no twrp for this particular model, then it does not exist for it and an attempt to sew twrp from another model will lead to a brick.
If the phone is on the media library, then you can try to change it without twrp - well, that is, get the root without twrp, and then install twrp manually.
