VestaCP 0.9.8-16 error when creating Backup-a?

Hello connoisseurs! A week ago, on my own, VestaCP was updated to 0.9.8-16 on the server and backups stopped working, when I try to start it manually, I get this:

PS: The config is in order, Apache quietly restarts and when you run the config check, there are no errors.
