Vertical monitors - where to get and how to put?

I want to know more information about "vertical monitors", what is needed for this (software, hardware, etc.). Perhaps someone has come across this or had experience, I want to know the feedback and your opinion. Where can I buy? Or how to do it yourself?

PS Two monitors already exist and there is no slot for a third, vertical one. What to do?
