Hello! There is a problem, I can not confirm the site in the google merchant center.
Initial data:
1.Email is the same everywhere. google adwords, google search console, google merchant center - registration under one mail.
2. 3 sites are linked to one mail in the search console, including the one that needs to be confirmed in the merchant center.
What the merchant center says: "Ownership cannot be claimed - This URL cannot be verified. It has already been claimed in a higher level account" even though no one has created a merchant account yet.

I recently encountered a similar problem. Shop on the marketplace, the third level domain was blabla.marketplace.som, I had to buy a personal domain blabla.som to confirm the rights of the URL.
