Is it possible to encrypt the system drive and VeraCrypt and BitLocker at the same time? That is, first you enter the password for the VeraCrypt bootloader, then bitlocker, or vice versa is this possible? What other similar methods of proven data protection are there?

Loaders will be loaded in the order of VeraCrypt, then bitlocker. But it is not exactly.
When encrypting with faith, physical access to the disk will not work. The files will not be available.
