Can traffic be encrypted?
The office is connected to the provider through a third party, is it possible to somehow encrypt the traffic so that it is not available to this third party?

Two parties are involved in traffic encryption. Rent a virtual server, set up a VPN there, the second end in the office and drive all the traffic in the VPN. Theoretically, it would be possible to put your router at the provider, but in practice it is unlikely, unless you are a VIP client with him :)
Well, it is clear that the VPN should not be PPTP :)
Pros - the traffic will look like coming from a server
Cons - communication to the server falls - the Internet falls. At all.
