How to encrypt a folder with a program on the cloud?

I use the mail.ru cloud disk, through the disk-o program, i.e. the cloud storage is displayed as a local disk.
I threw a portable version of telegram there, how to encrypt a folder on cloud storage? However, as far as I know, according to the rules of the service, you cannot store encrypted files.

You can store. anything, you can encrypt with veracrypt.
