UX in products. How to store and provide access to research results and insights?

Faced the problem of scaling research results, a large number of in-depth interviews have accumulated, insights and features are told, some are taken into work, but this does not scale well in a large organization. How do you catalog and store research results in your companies and how do you return to them over time? Particularly interested in the experience of product companies with 100+ people

The method by which I eventually decided to work is tagging and grouping all the information, here everyone chooses for himself how to tag - a platform, a jorney stage, an interface element. In fact, this is such a UX nuggets methodology.
the tools that I eventually selected:
- dovetailapp.com - if you conduct one-time research - generally ideal, there are some disadvantages for a permanent one.
- notion - if configured correctly, then in theory it should work (I haven't been able to set it up yet)
- airtable and excel - hardcore option, but working.
I also fiddled with these:
- aureliuslab.com - advanced tags, not very nice, not very convenient in displaying arrays of information.
- https://www.knowsi.com/ -- looks like something unfinished, in theory it should help store and organize research materials, but in reality it doesn't.
- https://www.productboard.com/ - more focused on product deals, but there is advanced tagging and the ability to highlight insights, you need to look at it in more detail.

I recommend taking a closer look at Notion. There is a search, it is convenient to refer to documents in other documents, good formatting of content in notes. And, unlike the Evernote, an excellent system of nesting notes.
In general, for starters, you should understand how you would like storage to look and look for a service under this vision.
