Evaluate the design of a novice designer?

Hey! I am a beginner designer, just taking my first steps. I would like to hear the opinion of experienced designers about my first works. What is good / bad, what to pay attention to, what needs to be improved in knowledge / practice.
Interested in comments only on design. Thank you!

There is only one page on the link, so only about it:
- It is not clear what screen resolution it is, there is definitely no option for phones. Now there is no way without this question, especially if the design involves rearranging blocks on small screens. The resolution of the picture hints that it was for FullHD, but at 15 inches everything is huge and your eyes run wide. It is worth working on this moment.
- Combining different serif and sans serif fonts randomly is not the best idea.
- White on beige is not readable.
- Content is poorly perceived in places.
- Icons are all different in style.
- Indentation is different everywhere.
- The "call to action" button at the bottom is completely invisible.
etc.
Basics. Perhaps you somehow slipped through them, but it's worth going back and figuring it out. Read about "design for non-designers" (that's the name of the book), it can push you in the right direction.
You should pay special attention to typography and the readability of what you are doing. And unification of sizes, indents, fonts, etc. - this is done not only for beauty, but also for ease of implementation and further support of the site.

I'll be honest - the design won't work! I will explain why:
1. There is no adaptation logic, the structure of the content area has not been created, now it looks more like a prototype.
2. No color scheme logic, all colors were matched to "boom".
3. There is no structure to the fonts, again, and the sizes and their positions were used to "boom".
4. There is no indentation system at all.
5. There was no audience analysis, competitor analysis, to put it bluntly - this design has no script, no goals and no user-friendly interface.
But I hasten to tell you that nothing needs to end there, and what is immediately visible in your layout is the lack of theory and practice. You need to read a lot of books, look at a lot of designs and maybe copy them. At the first stage, refrain from posting your layout publicly so as not to lose motivation once again. This is best done when you already have certain skills.
What to read, what to practice on and what to do with it, I described here
