Utm tags are not stored in any separate section of Google Analytics. They serve to facilitate the sorting of information or to convey additional information about the transition to Google Analytics. This additional information is stripped by Google Analytics as follows:
utm_source - The source of the referral. For example, the name of the site.
utm_medium - transition type. For example, CPC (pay per click) or banner.
utm_campaign is the name of the advertising campaign. Set to your taste.
utm_term is the advertising campaign keyword. For use, for example, in a contextual advertising campaign.
utm_content - ad content. You can send the ad number from the advertising system or the content of the banner that you understand.
The utm_url tag in Google Analytics is not used for automatic recognition.
This data is sorted into corresponding reports in Google Analytics.
First of all, you will see them in reports on traffic sources - the values from the utm_source tag will appear there.

Try installing the Google Analytics Debugger extension in Chrome (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-analytics-debugger/jnkmfdileelhofjcijamephohjechhna?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon) and see what the problem might be in the console.
In general, what is the task?
