Utility for traveling work, what do you recommend?

Need a utility for remote work. The background is as follows:

1. Workstation at home
2. Wired beech 1
3. Wired beech 2

What would you like:
1. Tray icon
2. Synchronization profiles
2.1 Each profile synchronizes 2 or more computers
2.2 In each profile, 1 or more folders are selected, with the ability to configure the source and destination
2.3 Synchronization on demand or constant on inclusion, but it is really important to see the status
2.4 Conflict manager
3. Fast, since many projects use nodejs (and there are a lot of files)

In general, a thing is needed so that all files are uploaded before a business trip and it is possible to work offline, and then the results can be synchronized.

Can you tell me what is currently available?

Personally, I took the Samsung T7 SSD for myself, because you can synchronize the entire working environment even on two PCs, as in my case, and I take it with me, it has a portable virtual machine, and on the computers vmware player that launches it (uncritically cuts the speed of work , but absolutely insignificant), and inside all working projects, programs, git, settings, etc. Everything is backed up through Acronis from time to time, in which case it can be deployed in case of loss, everything is encrypted, etc. Yes, it's not very convenient to transfer, but other options for uploading via git, and a blasphemous drive (20 hours for 5 GB with 200k files) are clearly nonsense. And in extreme cases, you can leave the main computer turned on and pull the VM through the Internet and run it without a drive, pulling at a normal speed of 20-30 gig is not so long,
There is also an option with a remote working server, but you need a permanent connection, backups, and again, it’s expensive if you don’t raise it at home. and the output is still the same, only without the Internet you will definitely have to suck your paw)
