Using Windows 7 Home Premium in the work of a legal entity faces

Good morning!

Three questions about licensing:
1. Is it possible to use the Home Premium version of Windows 7 in the work of a legal entity? faces? Is some part of the license violated? Will everything be ok with a possible check?
2. Do I need to stick a sticker on the system unit when buying a boxed version of the OS, or should this be done only with the OEM version? I ask because, as far as I understand, the activation of the boxed version is not tied to the computer, so if, for example, the computer dies, I can put it on another. But then what to do with the sticker?
3. What documents, besides the box (stickers), will be needed? Do I need to keep a check, for example?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

1) The license probably says not to be used for commercial purposes and only for home users.

The End User License Agreements for Windows XP Home, Windows 7 Home Basic, Windows 7 Home Premium do not prohibit the use of these products in organizations. However, keep in mind that these products are intended primarily for home users and do not have the functionality and technical capabilities required for business users, such as the ability to work in a domain.
