I'm a teapot: How to reduce the size of an extended partition in Windows using DISKPART?

There is a disk that has three partitions and unused space at the "end" of the disk.
It is necessary to increase the size of the free space at the end of the disk by reducing the size of the extended partition (at the very end of which there is free space left after removing several logical disks that lay on this partition).

There is a SHRINK command in the DISKPART snap-in that allows you to reduce the size of a logical disk .
And, can it be used to reduce the size of the extended partition?
For obvious reasons, I cannot afford to delete the entire extended partition with all logical drives and Windows itself.
Tell me, how can I "move" the border between the unallocated space on the disk and the empty space on the extended partition in the direction of reducing the empty space on the extended partition and, accordingly, increasing the unallocated space at the end of the disk itself?

Can this be done simply in Windows through Disk Management?
